Trying to put some food up on the shelf
Well they're selling pipe dreams of accumulated wealth
Can't rely on nobody else
At the end of the day gotta get it for yourself
That's why I create my own schedule
Make my own federal reserve notes
General top rank, never taking orders
Used to serve table's
Now I'm serving up these verses in between the chorus
It's instinct like I'm deep in the forest
Let the words come to me I don't need a thesaurus
I was blessed with the gift, got to put it to the test
Everyday we're doing work never get a chance to rest
I got a lot to get off of my chest and express
The reason that I rhyme, could care less about success and fame
Got to go against the grain, to attain this frame of mind
Most are mentally enslaved with financial restraints
That were meant to be in place, paper chasing ideology
Never get a taste of that quality living, but you already live it
Nothings changed it's like you either slanging robbing or pimping
Never fully satisfied with you money you make
Like its never enough, but how much does it take?
Til' you're able to enjoy your life, not much
If it's hard to understand must be caught up in the lust and greed
Out of touch with the meaning
Fucking with material things
Nobody sees when you leave and deceased
Mind plotting serious schemes
On the pursuit of happiness I'm fulfilling my dreams

Pursuing my mission, I been doing work
As I'm searching for a higher purpose
Dealing with some past blockages that might have surfaced
'Cause I ain't perfect, in fact I'm far from it
Wishing for a change, watching the stars plummet
Faced with adversity, easy start running
I show no fear, ready for hard comings
People try to find their worth in the form of wealth
But along the way, somehow it's like they lost themselves
And when you're not yourself, makes it kind of hard to help
Hard to tell what's right from wrong with no guidance felt
Trying to numb the pain getting high as hell
Stressed over what's yet to come, only time will tell
Got to connect the dots like Orion's belt
I'm on the mic casting Mayan spells
They don't know the power of their words
Put a sour name on it, cowards with no worth
Is this your final hour or your first?
Trying to stop the evil that's devouring the earth

Learning to live my life right in a divine fashion

Some people see it on the news, take it plain and raw

Em, do they even think at all?
For themselves at least
They been led astray, they can't even smell the beast
Point you in the right direction
Trying to help you see
But it's up to you to remove the blindfold
Deal with reality for what is
Some people choose to ignore
But I never take the easy route
I'm striving for more than what was given
Or living for another mans dreams
Got my own plans and schemes to stack cheese
Still chasing after my goals and aspirations

Activated that drive, procrastinating til the last minute
Thought I fell off but I'm back up in it
Do it for the passion, no cash incentives

Gotta know your place first, some they just can't admit it

Get you back on track, feeling like your brains de-railed
And everybody trying to see you fail
It's easy to get discouraged but don't ever stop pushing

I'm having 2020 visions
Mind clearer than it ever has been
Living in the past tense will get you nowhere
But I had to live it
When ain't nobody showed me they cared
I still did it
Like how a Solar Flare could disrupt your transmission
Never slipping, gotta put it in gear
Sticking to the script, but I couldn't adhere
Had to do my own thing like
This my year to achieve anything I believe
With no fear in my mind
Even though I look around and see the eeriest signs
Waiting for that moment but this is the time
Said I been waiting for that moment but this is the time
The time is now, and nobody could stop me
Smell it in the air like I'm brewing up a pot of coffee
Rapping on top of the Hako Yamaski
Got me calling on my spirits like the Anasazi
These types of rhymes are hard to carbon copy
Probably never say it with the same conviction
I be feeling when I spit on the mic
It might ignite in blue flames
The light illuminating your brain
A student of the game, but I still teach it
Many heights I've yet to climb, 'til I feel completed
Never conceding, even if I feel defeated
Still proceed and still believe
If anything I will achieve it

On a crooked axis
Trying to balance in between the planets
It's a challenge yet we seem to manage
And flourish, despite the way we at a disadvantage
From all the bullshit they pouring up into the ocean
And at-mos, full of carbon monoxide
It's looking drastic, I'm hoping
That you can open up your heart and act in favor
Of helping me spread the word
Red alert, we have a crisis
Tell all your neighbors eventually might just
Spark the train of thought that travels on a path enlightened
Hard to rationalize it when you lack the guidance
Blinded by our insecurities acting defiant
And only focused on what satisfies us in the moment
That's as a whole, but we made up of many components
It's up to you to make a change in the way that we mold this
Planet that's rotting away, but they candy coat it

Ancient Wisdom

The birth of the universe and all it's matter combined
Into one ball of energy emitting a shine
Infinitely expands and continues to unwind
We all intertwined despite the modern laws of physics
Just a vibration riding this wave of existence
'Til it's time to leave this dimension, grinding relentless
Knowledge I seek and I find through acts of
Divine intervention I witness
Staying studious and alert
Always pay attention to the signs of Mother Earth
And the patterns of the stars, from which I dispersed
Too far for some to reach under current circumstances
Foolish to think that we can fully understand this
Cosmological model and position of the planets
As my words circling the atlas
Nate flipped the sample painting on the perfect canvas
My mind awakes with sunrise
Geometric patterns, only see it sometimes
Can't describe it all the words seem to run dry
Nonexistent descriptions communicated through fungi
Over a billion years before us
The wisdom of the ancients goes deeper than than your thesaurus
Or history books ignoring the mystery is enormous
Dismissing it as wizardry really its how we flourish
In past times, burning papers containing knowledge
Chiseled in hieroglyphics, scripted in the papyrus
Was fascinated by it at an early age
But never would know the reasons why until I turned the page
And too many people I meet, stuck in the same chapter
More to the story can't ignore the important factors
More than master in this life, absorb it after I write
Trying to understand the world that's only half of the fight

What's up with all this hatred perpetrated through the social media
Trying to get into your feelings and you supposed to eat it up
Don't believe in the hype, designed to separate the masses
The second we unite
Ain't no minor disadvantage talking outnumbered
But separated we amount to nothing
Trying to wake you up like the sound of thunder
And I strike ecstatically when I discharge
They mad at me, 'cause of how erratically I spit bars
As I be reaching for the highest peak
Trying to spark the light within your inner soul
Might be hard to reach
But I'ma keep on breaking down the barriers
Society precariously placed
With hopes you'd never try to see the other side of the fence
Right in front of your face
Last line of defense, staying blind is a disgrace to the youth
And future generations of the planet
We all in this together, I hope you understand it

Insinuating the thoughts that make their minds relapse
Catch me dreaming a stock with the most chronic of sacks
Got them caught in my grasp, when I rock with pizzazz
I'm just planting the seed
